The dagger concept might not be considered Air Raid because it's origins can't be traced to Hal Mumme/Mike Leach, to me it's Air Raid because if follows the principles of the offense. It creates a vertical and horizontal stress on the defense and forces them to defend the whole field. Add the Air Raid mesh concept into it (an old school Dagger would be out of the I with a in route coming from the backside) and you have a play that's very hard to stop when done correctly!
